The hosts were friendly and provided a map and bus information on arrival. Breakfast was amazing (no lunch needed) and everywhere was really clean.

Great location: close to public transportation but in a quiet area. Parking available. Exceptional service, especially by Jimmy. Excellent breakfast and comfortable room.

"A very comfortable base from which to explore Edinburgh, great public transportation to attractions."

Breakfasts were excellent, staff very helpful and answered all our questions about transportation routes and destinations and gave excellent restaurant recommendations.

Nighttime room temperature was warmer than preferred, but ability to open a window did help cool things off.

Wonderful house with fantastic original features. The breakfast was first class. The room was very comfortable. Fiona & Jimmy were very attentive. Many thanks for securing out motorbikes for the night.

Wonderful owners were amazing and everything so clean and beautiful. They were so helpful and have added so much to our trip with suggestions and little things that really matter. Breakfast was amazing! We felt like very special quests! We will return here again. Highly recommend.
