Clean; lovely decor; very welcoming and helpful hosts; delicious breakfast. Nothing to complain about at all. Also on a good route into town which made our flying visit to Edinburgh Fringe very easy indeed. Will surely book again.

The staff were very friendly and helped us find our way around and explore Edinburgh. The room was clean and the beds were made every day. There was a great selection of breakfast options from sweet to savory.

Very convenient to get into the town centre- plenty of buses. Jimmy and Fiona went over and above to make sure we had a great stay. The room was great and the breakfast delicious. Would definitely go back.
