Was made to feel welcome, very clean had room 3 fro 2 nights (3&4/12/25). Room was excellent, we have really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, beautiful and clean

Property in excellent location, easily accessible from the train station. Check in was straightforward. Fantastic communication from the host. Property was Immaculate and my room comfortable and well equipped for my stay. Excellent nights sleep and a delicious breakfast each morning served with a smile! Particularly pleased with the selection of hot drinks in my room.

Cannot complain about a thing!

Very well presented throughout. Room was very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was very nice as was our host who was very welcoming. Also parking was available on site which is always a plus as it's so expensive to park there.

Nothing really. A little further away from the front than we usually stay but not too bad for the venue we were attending each day, only a 1 mile walk away.

Tina the owner was very welcoming. We were greeted like old friends. nothing was too much trouble. the decor of the room and public spaces were decorated to a very high standard. Breakfast had a good choice and was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Can’t fault a single thing here! Tina was a wonderful host, bedding was SO comfy, breakfast was lovely, everything was incredibly clean. I’ll definitely be back again. Tv was a good size and had lots of channels, WiFi was fast.

Nothing! The only small change I’d make is oat milk over soya milk, but even having a vegan option is fantastic!
