"Relaxing and convenient for all the attractions of Brighton."

The location was brilliant. Close to buses and a very walkable distance to the promenade and down to the beach. Lots of local shops restaurants pubs and a good mix ofcoffeshops and other retail outlets. Breakfast was cooked to order how I like it and the owner was friendly and helpfull. I would definitely stay again.

"Brilliant hotel in Kemptown."

It was wonderful as usual to stay here. The host, Richard, was his usual helpful and friendly self. I had a wonderful view from my hotel room of the seafront and the little park facing the hotel. It's a 2 minute walk from the sea and the beach. Also, walking in the other direction out of the hotel there are many interesting shops and restaurants. The bed was super comfy and the shower was excellent. Also Richard cooked me a nice breakfast in the morning.
