Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Room was simple but very affordable.

Super friendly staff and a comfortable room with a view

Found a bit of leftover food (from a previous guest) under the bed when retrieving something I dropped. Easy mistake and the only thing I can complain about!

Lovely room with a balcony and sea view, breakfast was lovely. Great location too. Richard was a great host. Highly recommended and we look forward to going back.

The seafront location was ideal. Richard, the manager, was very welcoming, kind and helpful. The beds were comfy and everything was tidy and clean.

Having one key between two people so we had to return home at the same time at night. We expected a hotel from the name but it's really more of a guest house.

For the price, it was absolutely fine. The place is basic and a bit worn in places, but it was comfortable and spotlessly clean — which really matters.
