Perfect location to access all parts of Brighton. Very welcoming host and very helpful, he even helped us carry our bags up to the room. We stayed on the top floor which had a beautiful sea view.All you need is provided in the rooms even a little packed of biscuits each which the children liked. Loved that our room was given a little clean on our second day, towels and tea,coffee and biscuits restocked too, which was a bonus. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious, again the host was very helpful and excellent at catering for our children. Loved that he remembered our order on our second morning.

Rooms are dated but nothing different that what is shown in the pictures advertised.

The room was lovely and big for the price. It was clean too and the bed was super comfortable. We absolutely loved the check out system as it was super easy and hassle free.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Good, clean room, and although it says shared wc, i think i was the only one using it! I felt safe and slept like a log!

Very nice people took care of us As a family with 4 children we might looking frightening for some hotels, on the contrary here they were very kind and helpful

Richard was an excellent host - very attentive!! The room was basic however we could not fault the cleanliness and comfortable beds!!

My second stay here, first for my friend's who came along. We loved the location, how attentive and friendly the host was and the beds were super comfortable!

Really great location lovely hospitality. The room was really clean and the bed was a dream to sleep in very happy with my stay will be booking again in the future:)
