Well located, very comfortable bed/room, Richard (the owner) is very friendly and helpful, makes an excellent breakfast.

Parking like everywhere in Brighton is difficult would recommend Madeira Drive Car Park. Hotel needs a bit of TLC (but perfectly acceptable).
