This is a lovely hotel, with a wonderful location that's very central and convenient to all the restaurants, shops and the seafront. I have stayed here many times and the room is very cozy and the bed is very comfy. Richard who owns and runs the place is always, very helpful with any questions I may have, and cooks a wonderful breakfast if you ask him.

I booked the budget room and expected the full bathroom to be communal but I had my own shower, basin and vanity table. Only the WC is shared between a maximum of 3-4 people as far as I am aware. The host was lovely and extremely accommodating, the location is quiet, not far from the town centre and the house is clean, though a bit old (just in the usual English fashion). For breakfast there are several options, including vegetarian/ vegan ones and the host accommodates preferences. A hair dryer, soap, shampoo, towels, an alarm clock, a kettle and complimentary tea are provided.

One of the very few things I would suggest to improve is to install a hook next to the basin for towels and replace the hook on the door for a jacket.
