Based on the website of the hotel which boasts of quite a few ammenities i book this hotel. Sadly, the service was awful. There was no internet connection. The inclusive breakfast consists of two biscuits and a cup of orange juice. The reception is NOT 24 hours rather it closes at 7pm everyday and if you happen to arrive on a sunday there is no way to enter the hotel unless you drag the receptionist from her house. The airconditioning doesnot work or rather has a mind of its own. The telephone lines to the rooms dont work. To top it up teh room service is bad and end up with a dustbin that is overflowing. Not the most pleasent of sights or smell. I am surprised as to how they have a four star when all i would rate them at would be a two star (maximum)
