"Bad rooms, worse bfast buffet"

Looks like a solid 3star bad Housekeeping - terribly dusty and the most inergonomic of pillows led to poor sleeping quality Worse buffet - couldn't finish a sip of the coffee (too acidic) or the sikwate (too watered down) and food looked disheveled - decent croissants though BUT guards are nice and help you get taxis and the housekeeper in my floor helped me rush press 2 shirts as best as he could Will never come back - not worth the stay 827

My go to place to stay when in Cebu City. Been staying there for years. Never disappointed. Clean, very friendly staff. Good location. 5 minute walk to Ayala Mall. Great place overall

Very unfriendly staff and management. Kept reminding us that we are paying less than other guests so we don't deserve any of the amenities. Very bad for Expedia. You should consider them as one of your vendors or pay them more so they can treat Expedia guests as their other paying guests. VERY BAD.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location. Internet connection was on and off, making it difficult to communicate or get work done. Especially bad at night when the usage is high.

I would love to stay here again. Overall experience is great. From Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating, you can feel the warm welcome. Cleanliness is outstanding, Food was awesome & delicious. I always go out so I didn’t have the chance to eat the buffet looks like mouthwatering, I will consider to eat in the future. Hotel is affordable. Location is great. Walking distance to Ayala Metro. I was amaze. Thank you for the wonderful & outstanding service. Can’t thank you enough for making this trip of mine a great experience & make my stay safe. A big round of applause to all the staff they made this hotel great. Mrs Dehart New York State USA. I was very disappointed because I asked for an ice bucket around 11pm but unfortunately the room service told me that there’s no more ice available. I can’t believe that hotel like this don’t have ice for guest. I’m not happy at all.

This hotel was the nicest and cleanest i have stayed in Philippines over several trips, staff were almost all very good. Room service was fast and friendly, breakfast was excellent with a very good range of foods. Only one negative, the young woman who attended us on arrival could not find our booking, she seemed kind of clueless, asking help from her more experienced co worker, Mb her first day on the job but unnerving. had another incident w her later in our stay.
