Stardust Motel

Was a decent room for the money. Friendly check-in even though I arrived very late at night. I would stay here again.

Close to the beaches, staff was very pleasant to deal with

We had a great stay at stardust, although a little dated on outside, rooms were very clean an comfortable. It was a good stay for what we were looking for.

This is a family-owned motel, conveniently located near rt 95. The owner has put his heart into renovations and gardening. There is a nice hillside view of the natural environment surrounding the place so there is no feeling of being so near to the highway, and he has a nice picnic area and special plants he tends. The room was spacious with plenty of counter space. Although there is no breakfast provided at the motel, the mini mart just down the road had a good selection of freshly made food and coffee that was delicious and inexpensive. There is also a Dunkin Donuts next door as an alternative breakfast choice.

We went for a softball tournament. We just needed a place to sleep and shower and it definitely worked!

The sheets were stained. The towels were stained.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked great. Beautiful yard. Staff was very friendly.

Absolutely nothing

They should be ashamed to charge what they charge for a nights stay. We needed a place to stay for 1 night.. washcloths had stains on them, and I would use them to scrub my floors.. they had holes in the hand towel. The pictures are like false advertising.. the sheets were messed up, which led me to believe they weren't changed. I wouldn't pull the top sheet up, I slept in my sweatshirt. I don't recommend this place, not sure what goes on there, we left very early the next morning.

The gentleman who checked us in was very polite. The property was run down, but that didn’t bother us as it was just an overnight stay. The room would have been okay except for the terrible smell of old urine coming from a nasty chair cushion next to the bed. Totally grossed me out, but too late to leave. I feel bad leaving a poor review, but the owners should absolutely know better than to have disgusting furniture that someone peed on.
