The front desk at the reception were nice, and the drivers.

The hotel was to far from everything The breakfast doesn't cater for everyone The hotel is very old, needs upgrading Not good having stray cats and dogs roaming around the hotel Lots of mould in the bathroom Asked for clean sheets but instead house keeping only made our bed to look like they changed our bed. Beds are way to small, doest carter for western Wires under the bed Air con kept leaking water The spa up the top next to the floating swing was super dirty 🤢 Hotel rooms smelt musty The restaurants where we went all service was slow and had to tell them to clean off our table. Not enough towels and no face washers The hotel shampoo and soap was nearly empty when we arrived. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom! Was given one roll for 3 people for 5 days. Had to keep asking. On our check out day we got charge for a coke to the room that no one drinks coke considering we grocery everyday to avoid like this but still ..... anyway definitely not recommended to my friends who will ask us where to stay in Boracay.

Free shuttle all around the property Smooth check in process and early check in allowed Polite staff Staff wont clean the room if they notice valuables laying around Very peaceful area PRIVATE BEACH

Stingy about bottled water, they said only 1 bottle per person allowed, the next ones willbe chargeable Ice cubes were also chargeable but comes inside a plastic bag directly from store maybe and not ice bucket ☹️ We borrowed flat iron but instead of ironing board we have received extra linen to do the pressing. Top class hotels have good ironing board and iron Very few breakfast options
