We had a very pleasant stay. We really liked how clean and comfortable the place was. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The location was also very convenient—close to shops and transportation. Overall, it was a great experience.”

The experience was very pleasant overall, with only small things that could be enhanced. The breakfast was enjoyable, though a bit more variety would be appreciated. The resort is quite big, so moving around takes time, but it also adds to the relaxing atmosphere.

They charged us additional for 2 children with us. But good thing is they refunded it when we checked out.

The staff was very hospitable. I loved their work ethic, they immediately took our bags instead of waiting for us to give it to them or letting us just carry it ourselves. They were also very informative about our room. The location was very convenient and if we wanted to go out of the area, there were always free car services coming and going from the lobby towards the main gate. If we wanted to buy groceries, fast food, or street food, they were always just outside the main gate. We could eat from the mall out front or get snacks from the sari-sari stores. The free breakfast was great. A lot of options and they always switched the almost empty trays immediately. There were only three pools available at the time, but each one was great. The free beach towels were convenient as well. The foam party was cool, we took a lot of pictures. The one next to the beach was amazing as well. The view was fantastic at the private beach!

One of the things I didn't like was how overly scented the room and how sticky the floor was. The staff did say that we needed to air it out for a bit, but it still stung my nose. They also kept forgetting that we were three people in the room and only gave us two amenities unless we asked for the extra. At the breakfast, the glasses were a bit too tiny. I think they were controlling how much we were drinking. I could understand that, but I wish the glasses were bigger as I am a heavy water drinker and it was inconvenient always going back for more. I don't even care about the juice all that much. The last pool was okay, but the glass canopy above it was very dirty. I saw someone dropped their lotion? shampoo bottle? over it. There was even a pair of shorts on it that someone else dropped as well. They haven't cleaned it since the first day to the last day we checked out... To be honest, they looked as if they haven't cleaned it since forever. Kind of unsanitary and disgusting to look at. Hopefully, if you check in here, they would have cleaned the shorts and shampoo from the glass canopy by then, because it really affected me negatively. When we checked out, I noticed one of the front desk staff smiling in a way that looked like she was forcing it. I didn't want to be rude, so I didn't point it out, but it looked really weird.

Staff were very helpful and polite and professional. My family enjoyed our stay very much and they accommodated us without problems as we were mostly seniors. Filipino way of how they treat and respect us, thank you.
