Couldn’t work out the TV

Very central location Comfortable bed, nice size room. Nice cold fridge. Fresh water delivered to my room each day. New, modern bathroom Staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful

Bathroom door could do with a repaint (or at least a good clean!). Was a bit splattered, looked like a previous guest had spilt coffee or something. Same with a big black oily stain on the carpet - but at least it was by the door and not in the middle of the room.

Located right in the heart of Oxford this hotel is a great base for exploring on foot. Our deluxe room was clean and very spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It didn’t bother us that we had to go out for breakfast. We were given a discount voucher for the cafe next door and the food was very good.

The only blemish on an otherwise great stay was the mattress on the bed which definitely had seen better days. We slept okay but did let the staff know it was time for a replacement.

I have stayed at The Buttery on several occasions. The rooms and bathrooms are always spotless and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It is in a great location for all the brilliant facilities that Oxford has to offer.

Excelente ubicación, habitación cómoda y limpia, tenia heladerita.

Escaleras muy altas y angostas para llegar a la habitación, aunque el personal muy amable ayuda a subir y bajar las valijas

Location, Location, Location!

It was a lot of steps for our age, but it was super clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful!
