Location. Style. The fridge

Pillows were much too high. I used a folded towel in a pillowcase in the end.

It was lovely to be in centre of Oxford with everything within a few minutes walk. Obviously an old building with sloping floors and therefore a tilting wardrobe which was a great photo.

Steps to the reception are too steep. Can’t imagine what it will be like with big and heavy luggage

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, well kitted out and had a great view from the window. Location could not have been better.

Be aware that its a traditional building with tight steep staircases. Which was fine, but be aware if you have mobility issues.

The location is very central, the free Wi-Fi was appreciated, and I also received discount cards for nearby restaurants, which was a nice touch.

My room felt quite outdated, and unfortunately the view from the window was not very pleasant.

The location is amazing.

The noise outside late at night and early morning road sweeping. There are lots of stairs so not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. Staff helpful though and carried bags upstairs
