"A fine and dandy trip to Whitley Bay"

Everything Marie and Derek were great hosts ... Gave my wife and I a top draw bedroom ... what more can you ask for a view of the sea when you wake up!! Breakfast delicious, absolutely well situated on the front of Whitley Bay right by The Spanish City. A great Car Park to park the car in just a few hundred yards down the road and anybody who has electric car ( like us ) EV Chargers to boot, always useful to know.

"Cara Guesthouse - Whitley Bay 🌞"

This is a Fantastic location and only yards away from the beach. Mariea was very attentive and the staff were great. It was great value for money, the place was clean and tidy, and the breakfast choices were great. I recommend the cooked breakfast. I'd give this place a 5☆☆☆☆☆ rating. Absolutely fantastic and I'd definitely stay again.

I didn't find anything I didn't like. 5☆☆☆☆☆

It was right next to the beach, right next to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was lovely. Plenty tea and coffee in the room. And vets comfortable to sleep.

There was nothing I didn't like. Liked it all.

The most impressive thing of this Cara Guesthouse to us is its location. It has the full ocean view without any blockage. The parking is free at the nearby street . The breakfast has so many choices,, the classic English, the wrap type, the English muffins with bacon and eggs, and the American pancakes. Plus coffee/tea/cereal and milk. Very delicious cooking! Nothing. Although no parking on site , plentiful free parking nearby . Hosts provided details & directions for parking prior to our arrival.

Breakfast great with an interesting menu. The burritos were very tasty and very filling. Gluten free meal no problem. Great view from the bedroom window a d ideal location handy for everything. Refurbishments in progress did not interfere with our stay.. On street parking just around the corner 50 yds away

More matching cutlery on the dining table would help diners and save work for Mariea during breakfast. More wardrobe/clothes hanging facilities in the bedroom.would be welcome
