Cara Guesthouse

The room was beautiful and bright with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.

Nice and close to where we needed to be

Bed was really uncomfortable , clumps of dog hairs on floor

The carperts are dirty marked . The bedding looked like it was used. In my daughters room there were no towels at all they had to come and knock for ne and my husband to give them a towel.

Dirty carpets . Bedding looked as if it s been used.

Beautiful guest house overlooking the sea and all amenities perfect and the cooked breakfast amazing value will definitely be back thankyou for wonderful stay

Nothing it was amazing

Both myself and 9 year old daughter absolutely loved it. Such a friendly,warm and welcoming hostess. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, right through to when we left(neither of us wanted to leave). The room was beautiful, and the bed very comfy. I honestly had the best sleep ever. The beach is literally across the road. Very close to the amusements, shops and bar. There's so much to do and see. Tynemouth Aquarium is only a drive away. I highly recommend for everyone(especially for families). I absolutely loved the breakfasts. My favourite has to be the freshly cooked American pancakes with Nutella, they are honestly the best I've ever tasted in my life. The full English breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will be booking again for May.

There's nothing that I didn't like.

Location great. Breakfast was good. Treated nicely by the owner.

Room was very dated and needed all fittings and decorations updating to that new look. Mattress was old and pillows needed changing as they were very lumpy. It could be a lovely property with a bit of money spent.
