Fab location, very welcoming staff, good choice for breakfast, comfortable room. Dog friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic, right on the sea front an easy to find. On arrival we were made to feel instantly welcome. The room was nice, we had a sea view which was a bonus and the breakfast was fantastic!

It could do with a bit of a make over in some areas but that’s only a small issue due to me being a clean freak

We upgraded to a family room which had a marvellous view. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. A bonus for us was a two minute walk to a car park with EV chargers available.

Great location and the host was very pleasant.

Very dated and crying out for a full refurbishment, I need to think back to my RAF days when my room had a sink in it. The shower door was broken with black mould everywhere the shower head constantly fell off the holder, the dining room was not clean with dirty cutlery and crockery. I know the price was competitive, however there is no excuse for poor hygiene in the dinning area. The bedroom was cramped and full of odd furniture. Would not stay again, shame as it has great potential but would need a lot of money to achieve that.

Excellent breakfast. Best american pancakes ever. Freshly cooked breakfast to order. Lovely.

Parking on street was limited however there was a large carpark close by which was inexpensive.

Great location, great view, great room and bathroom. The owners were super friendly and the breakfast was spot on.
