Cara Guesthouse

The guesthouse is directly on the seafront & close (but not too close!) to the arcades. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was amazing!

Location was perfect, exactly where we wanted to be. Breakfast was delicious, coffee refills and fresh orange. View from our room (top floor) was incredible, morning coffee sat in the window watching the waves and the world go by. Perfect way to start the day.

The location is first class!!! The owner’s are very friendly, welcoming and happy to help or just chat.

Could do with a couple of easy chairs to enjoy the lovely view.

We arrived on our motor bike. we pulled up outside on Double yellow lines. I asked where we could park. Without further ado the hotel owner moved the planters in the front garden and we drove through the gate and parked directly in the front garden. Our room directly overlooked the front so we could keep an eye on the bike and we had a lovely sea front view from our window.Thank you so much for that, it is lovely when someone goes out of their way to be so helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other bikers We had a walk around along the sea front and evening meal at the beefeater which was great. Breakfast was fantastic and the host was so pleasant and helpful.

The only slight down side was the amount of traffic on the main road in front of the hotel. However this died down considerably during the evening so it did not disturb us in the night.

We had a warm welcome and managed to have an early check in which was really helpful. Our room had amazing views and the beds were really comfy. The breakfast was great and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
