Comfortable and warm and with amazing sea views short walk to town and restaurants to eat and have a meal warm welcome when we arrived our first stay at this bed and breakfast and our first visit to whitley bay lovely breakfast on a morning choice of full English breakfast pancakes and another choice tea or coffee with your breakfast. And orange juice no cereal offered on the breakfast menu no fresh fruit or yoghurt offered on your breakfast choice would be nice to have fruit and yoghurt for breakfast we would return to this bed and breakfast and recommend to our friends and family also close to the spainish city which we could see from our sea view room. December is very quiet so things close early would be nice to go in summer time when there is a lot more to do and see

I think the guest house is a bit dated and maybe needs a little refresher.

Pillows a little hard , pedestal sink in the room not in the bathroom, again I think it’s in need of refresher.

Staff was extremely kind and friendly Beautiful sea view Very large room with 3 beds

Everything was spot on... oh we didn't see a mind your head sign so we banged our heads going down stairs 🤣

Everything, great location overlooking the sea, spotless inside, comfortable beds. Super friendly owner Mariea’s breakfast was superb and choices were very satisfying for my partner, picky eater son and myself. Attention to detail with everything and the choice of beverage to suit all. Parking easy and local shops such as coop nearby.

Great location overlooking the beach. Amazing breakfast & lovely hosts. Overall, great stay

Just one issue. Room 8, woke up at 4am to a terrible smell of drains that persisted all morning. Reported to the host who reported that they were hoping drain cleaner would resolve it. Didn't spoil our stay though
