The Forest Country House B&B

Die Umgebung des Hauses ist toll, man schaut aus dem Fenster und sieht direkt Schafe und viel Grün. Gastgeber ist nett.

Das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, es sieht so aus als wäre einfach aufgehört worden, es in Stand zu halten. Leider hatten wir sehr viele kleine Mücken an der Decke. Es war nicht sauber, Flecken an den Vorhängen, auf der Bettwäsche und dem Boden. Noch Zahnputzreste der Vorgänger an den Zahnputzbechern. Uralte Teedose mit Flecken (siehe Foto). Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

Interesting building and grounds, excellent host, good breakfast, comfortable and good sized room and bathroom.

The property had some beautiful features including a delightful staircase. This stood out as it was directly facing you as you entered the property.

We were unsure where to find our host when we arrived and felt a little at a loss as to what to do.

The breakfast was a cost option which we took the first day, whilst getting to know the area. It was an interesting older property and in many ways a classic B&B, the main likes were: plenty of safe parking, quiet location, countryside views. Out of town so ideal to get away to areas of mid Wales.

It seemed that over recent years the money had been spent renovation the property, so an eclectic mix of items. For example, one large tea cup and saucer then one small tea cup.
