"Had a lovely room and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming"

The location of the property was perfect for the town centre and bars, we had a full English breakfast which is served between 9 & 10 and kept us going until late afternoon, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar provided even got biscuits and chocolates, there’s also a small refrigerator in the wardrobe which came in handy for bottles of water

Owner and staff that I met we're very welcoming, professional and also friendly - room was clean and well looked after, didn't hear any noises from other residents. Fan in the room was very welcome during hottest UK weekend,

Small issue with shower running freezing-cold to scolding-hot without moving gauges; otherwise no complaints.

"Nicely nice."

Very friendly small guest house. Nice guests too! Doesn’t allow hen/stag party types. I’ll go there again. Very close to North Pier and to the North station.

Location. The floorboards are creaky so you hear the noise from room above when they walk around, but all adds to the charm!
