The Warwick Southport

Disappointed with this hotel. Not at all what the website portrayed. The room had a damp stale smell. The sheets were clean but the rest of the bed furniture looked dirty. The whole room was shabby. The mug and spoon on the tray was dirt. The towels looked clean but had a damp feel. I wanted to leave but had paid quite a lot of money as I wanted to be comfortable. The website indicated there was gym & pool facilities which turned out to be access to a local gym, pool with a pass.

no breakfast(out of season).ideal located pity no bar ,but could bring in our own which we could drink in the comfy lounge plenty of tea and coffee.

the weather was not the best. other than that every thing was just fine. good to get away for a few days

Great location, in the heart of Southport.

Everything could have been better. It's a tired old place, a bed and breakfast without breakfast included. Not particularly family friendly we should have stayed at Travelodge or premier inn. I always like to support independent places but on this occasion it was a poor decision.

An amazing place to stay was made to feel very welcome and catered to every need. Very homely, fresh coffee on arrival, and both hosts were amazing. I did up grade, but I would be more than happy to pay more for my stay. The bed was really comfy and good pillows also exsteamly clean and smelled amazing. I was in room 2, and it did get cold on my first night, but the hot water bottle that was provided worked. No problems with lighting and plenty of plug sockets to use. I can not wait to come back here as it feels like a second home.

The only thing was the window would not lock, but hopefully, this will be fixed, but it did not damper my stay at all, so thank you so much

Was a excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and couldn't do enough for you.
