The Warwick Southport does not have a 24-hour reception and check-in, so guests must contact the property with an approximate time of arrival. Please note that check-ins after 18:00 are strictly by arrangement. Please note that on Tuesdays check-ins are before 12:00 or after 17:00. Breakfast is served in the dining room until 09:00, except on New Year's Day. Other times only by arrangement. No hot food is to be consumed in the bedrooms. Guests need to input 'Bath Street' into their GPS, not 'Back Bath Street'. Guests with any dietary requests must contact the property before the stay. Upgrade to rooms with attached bathroom is possible, subject to availability and prior request to the property. Please note that a surcharge applies. Free use of a local health and leisure club is available for guests staying 2 nights or more. Parking is on a first come first served basisPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A lovely stay at the Warwick. We were welcomed by John as soon as we got there with some tea and coffee. Sue was lovely and served a great breakfast where it was lovely chatting to the other guests. Would recommend, great value for money and a fabulous stay.

Parking was really good. Sue was lovely, friendly and professional. Bed was comfy. Towels were fluffy. It was nice to be made a coffee upon arrival. TV in room was good. The frontage of the property was lovely with seating areas and trees and plants. Good breakfast.

Only two plug sockets worked so kept having to unplug the TV or kettle to use my phone charger and hairdryer etc. Radiator hanging off wall. No skirting boards in places. The shower head wouldn't stay in position so you had to hold it whilst showering. Room very tired and dated, wallpaper peeling a bit in places and plaster around some sockets not finished. Light above the bed kept flickering as the switch was faulty We upgraded on arrival to en suite facilities before actually seeing the room. John gave us the impression that he didn't want to be there, I never saw him smile once whereas the brief meeting we had with Sue was great. We'd only stay here again if the rooms we're revamped.

"Nice midweek get away"

Its location to the main shopping places and pier. An excellent selection of food hot/cold for breakfast. Nice friendly owners. Free parking.
