on arrival we had to wait an hour due to the host not being available , met by another guest whom advised that it wasn’t an ideal place to stay. top floor room no lift available (my partner has had a knee replacement) no en suite in the room the bathroom was on the landing. The bed had wooden boarding under the mattress this caused injury to my leg (cut and bruise) the mattress was dirty and the duvet had cigarette burns and urine stains. the bathroom sink plug hole was full of old hair. the sink in the bedroom was cracked, the towel rail kept falling off. We are frequent stayers at Southport and this has to be the worst experience for us in the respect of the accommodation. We won’t be returning to this accommodation.

Good cleanliness..parking facilities..liked the fridge in the lounge..The toilet shower on second was good, liked the room, tv, kettle etc. Thank you..

I enjoyed everything. Sue and John were brilliant.they where very attendative and precise on the breakfast.the room was very clean again both sue and John would ask when you would like iuour room done.i had all amenities to hand.in a whole I would recommend this hotel to any one.

Very friendly welcome. Room very comfortable and everything you needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend
