Location, facilities and breakfast.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, My mobile was malfunctioning so I was unable to see the door code. I was able to check an earlier time, The room was spacious and cool - no mean feat in this extreme heat. I checked out before breakfast was served (high tide was 7.30am) but I was able to enjoy an all day breakfast at lunchtime.

Only 1 bedside light was working. No problem for me as I was a solo traveller. The loo suit swivelled round when you sat on it.

It is located centrally, a short walk from the station. The staff was friendly. The rooms are charming. Plus there is a great cafe downstairs for breakfast, coffee, and early meals.

If I had any quibble, it would be that the cafe/restaurant closes early, by 3pm. Not a real issue as there are plenty of pubs and eateries close by that are open until late.

Great location , rooms are quirky, breakfast is included.

Insufficient air con, floors very uneven. Breakfast was ok, but all over cooked. Rooms very expensive for quality.

Location was great, on the main high street and close to everything. Parking was easy and just a short walk. Breakfast was amazing, really good selection and great service

They needed to change light bulbs that were not working was quite hard to apply makeup and possibly add a little fridge?

Fantastic location right on the High Street but still very quiet. Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. Our room, Tart, was delightful. Very spacious and a lovely view. Staff excellent.
