"A lovely spot for a weekend break"

A lovely little hotel above a bakery - great to wake up to the smell of baking! Perfect location in the centre of town, and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and check in/out was a smooth process.

The price is on the higher end we felt for the amenities included

Excellent location in the centre of Rye, friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Room was spacious with all the facilities we needed, very comfortable bed and minimal noise during the night. We had a very good nights sleep.

The hot water ran out after just one bath both in the evening and morning so one of us had a cool bath both times. Issue was fed back to staff at checkout who said they would pass it on to management.

"Hard a great time, would recommend and would certainly go back!"

The hotel was dog friendly and in a great central location. The breakfast was outstanding too and all staff were friendly and efficient

There was no food available at the hotel for dinner as the hotel access closes before. Not exactly a problem but good to know

It was well located! The facilities were great, and the breakfast was fantastic!

The creaky floorboards, unfortunately it meant we heard the guests above us each time they walked around!
