Everything about the hotel was very good. The staff so friendly and breakfast was great.

The bed was very hard despite a topper but this was personal to us as we are used to a softer bed

The breakfast and location.

The room’s ceiling was way too low. I could touch it standing tall in the middle of the the room. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

"Great place to stay in Rye"

The location was fantastic - right in the centre of the High Street in Rye and we loved the character of the property and that it was above the bakery. The room was very dark, but comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

What's an amazing breakfast! It was so good we came back for lunch too when we had intended to eat at the one of the many other excellent eateries in Rye... The cheese scone was unbelievably delicious! 👏

I think the internal doors in the bedroom could do with a bit of wd40 and we could have done with a couple more milk pots in the room...both very minor points as our space was great!

Lovely location near everything . Beautiful loft room with fabulous free standing bath and lots of space. Fantastic value for money I will definitely be coming back . Breakfast was included and was one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve had
