Accommodation was better than expected..staff was great and breakfast very nice

Had a little trouble finding the place as down a country lane but not a big problem.

Character, staff and breakfast outstanding.

Had to plug kettle in on the floor, lead not long enough and WiFi would not connect.

Lovely place, staff were lovely… room was perfect, cannot fault it… breakfast was excellent…

Room amenities were very good. Staff were approachable and knowledgeable about the local area. Met our individual needs, i.e., sourcing orange juice and our favourite brand of tea! Large choice of very tasty breakfast options. They offer a roast on Wednesday evenings, which was lovely and recommended.

On a personal level, we felt the TV was too small for the room.

Lovely room, spacious, clean, and added bonus of kitchenette. Well positioned place for touring Cornwall. Lovely hosts and excellent choice of breakfast.

A very peaceful and relaxing stay, in a well-appointed room. Delicious treats left for us every day. Breakfast set us up for the day. Lovely fresh, local ingredients. Janeen was super helpful. Great location for exploring.

The roads are not for the fainthearted! The "connecting road" is just enough for one car at a time. Don't trust the sat-nav. It is a rural farm tho, so to be expected.

Very pretty rural area with well renovated barn buildings. Overall finish is excellent while still retaining 'old' charm. Very peaceful area with breakfast facilities close to rooms. Charge points available for EV's. Staff / owners were very friendly and welcoming.

TV reception was very poor and was too small for the size of room. Couldn't actually read questions that were coming up on quiz shows while sat in bed. Signal kept cutting out or no channel at all. Quite a few cobwebs about but then it is a converted barn. A bit more of a choice at breakfast instead of just apple juice would have been nice. We stayed in the ACORN barn.
