It was really clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was nice that on arrival I was asked if I wanted fresh milk for the room, which most places dont do.

There was a slightly stale smell on the stairwell and landing. The room itself was absolutely fine though.

Amazing location, lovely hotel with pure comfort. Katie and Brian will and have always made us feel at home

Heating but as I’ve mentioned before (stayed here a number of times and I love the place) personal preference. I prefer the cool to the heat.
