A fabulous guest house with fabulous hosts, location is ideally situated for all amenities with spectacular views of both esplanade and harbour, the beautiful weather was the icing on the cake 😊😊

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival by Karen and Graham and it really felt like home from home. I had a harbour view and my son and daughter in law had a beach view. Both rooms were very comfortable and immaculately clean with everything you could need. We were also able to use the lovely bright downstairs lounge. Graham's breakfasts were beautifully cooked and set us up for the day. The location is perfect, beach and harbour on the doorstep. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely be back.

Our stay at the Beach View B&B wasn't a very pleasant one. I wanted a shower before bed and the water was cold in the sink and shower. Tried again in the morning and wasn't much better then tepid. The floodlight outside the window was awful it was like day light all night long. The only consolation was the full English breakfast it was gorgeous

"Birthday brake"

Could not have asked for more, was nice and clean with a lovely view of the sea 😊 breakfast was spot on and very enjoyable, kept us full all day and the owner very chatty and polite. Deffo be heading back again 😊

Me and my partner needed a few days away and couldn’t of picked a better place to stay great hosts and a great breakfast 😊 perfect weekend away with great views of the beach or the harbour.. will definitely visit again 10/10
