Lovely clean very friendly hotel and hosts prime location only drawback was lack of parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach View Guest house. Hosts Karen and Graham very welcoming from the start and throughout our stay. Great location for exploring the Beach front and town. Room clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Breakfast plentiful and full English cooked to perfection. Would definitely stay again in future.

Fantastic location, clean, tidy, great host and breakfast fab. Really helpful to get a parking permit. Only issue was the mattress maybe needed replacing as very thin at edges, felt like you were going to roll out, but very minor point as would very much recommend here. Fabulous place, clean, tidy, fantastic location and views. Host very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great!

I shared with my 10 years old son, what a truly fantastic place and amazing and friendly owners. Breakfast was superb and the views from our bedroom where looking over the harbour and where truly splendid. My girlfriend and I shall be staying here in the very near future and would highly recommend this jewel of a B&B and superbly priced too.

We came for 2 nights for our pearl wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time. Karen was so welcoming, helpful a d friendly! The breakfast was perfect, freshly cooked on lovely warm plates! Perfect location, sea view, clean and comfy! To be honest I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Unless they were fully booked!! Thank you!! Xx

To sit in bed with a view of the sea and of Weymouth beach was amazing. A beautiful light and airy, spacious room that was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a real bonus, so much choice and beautifully cooked. The hotel is also in a great location between the beachfront and harbour and yet was quiet and relaxing. Our hosts Graham and Karen spared no effort to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and pleasant.
