Excellent sea view, friendly and professional service, easy access to beach and free wi-fi.

Couldn't fault it at all, karen was very friendly the hotel was spotless and the breakfast was lovely, its in a prime location and have booked to go back in September, thanku for a lovely stay

Room had a great view of the harbour, nice and clean.Good location for harbour and shops . Breakfast was lovely. Karen looked after us,very friendly. Would stay again.

Lovely little room, very clean, comfy bed. Shower took a while to heat up. Very happy with facilities, little fridge was a real bonus. The view of the harbour was unbelievable. Breakfast was superb. Can't wait to stay again. Thank you BeachView Guesthouse

Lovely stay

We stayed in room 2 for two nights in March. WE were able to park right outside and the hosts gave us a parking for our stay (otherwise the cost is high). Check-in was slick and our room available earlier than expected. It was a perfect B&B room, overlooking the beach, spotlessly clean and a small, but perfectly functionality en-suite. Breakfasts were superb! The other big plus was the location, within 100 yards of the Pavilion Theatre, just over the road from the beach and within easy walking distance of the harbour and town centre shops and eateries.

We enjoyed our stay in the lovely bay window room overlooking Weymouth Bay. Nice falling asleep to the sound of the sea waves rolling in. Great breakfast, clean comfy room and Karen the host very welcoming and friendly. Hotel handy for both beach, harbour and town.

Fantastic hosts, brilliant breakfasts and a comfy stay. We’ll be back again for sure!
