Took a very long time to achieve got water. Courtesy tray could of been better by adding decaff tea and coffee and one packet of biscuits each.The room views were spectacular and the hosts very friendly

Lovely quest house, close to shops, harbour & theatre. Karen & Graham were lovely hosts with an amazing breakfast cooked by Graham. We had a sea view room which was home from home with everything you could need & very clean & comfortable. Definitely recommend & we will be staying there again.

Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood.
