Le Royal Hotel

The hotel was nice and clean, Great location with plenty of parking, the service was good, The room was comfortable.

الموقع رائع والفندق ممتاز بشكل عام ولكن يعيبه بعض الاصلاحات في المنطقة المجاورة ممايسبب ازعاج للنزلاء (اصلاحات مؤقته)

The place was pleasant, but the front desk staff needs to be better versed in the hotel's own policies.

Great hotel, they improved a lot since my last review.

The hotel was nice and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was reasonable with good selection and fresh juices. The Price was good compared to the same class of hotels available in Kuwait. I would definitely stay there again.

They gave me a great room, the staff were extremely helpful & went out of their way to meet my needs. Hotel location is very convenient, on the cornishe. They have a fantastic sea food restaurant. I will definitely come again :-)

This hotel belongs to Ritz's Group and the way of dealing with customers shows this high-end approach. Its reception staff is always focused on supporting customers by a continuous and proactive problem-solving approach.

I arrived much earlier than I should and they upgraded my room to accomodate me.

My reservations wasn't showing on their system, although I had a Hotels.com confirmation, so I had to wait for around 45 minutes till they gave me my room!!! Eventually, they gave me a junior suite, but it was very noisy outside, the ac grills are right on top of you over the bed, very annoying, very small bathroom. However, hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.

The hotel is old but renovated. In general the location is great as it is near many restaurants and city center. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is good. The price is high considering the hotel's age and service.
