Le Royal Hotel

Too expensive. I booked for two adults and one kid but they charged me for the extra bed and they would not let me in before I paid the extra mony. The quality of service is not up to expectation. The extra bed was not of good quality and not comfortable, and not worth its value. There is not much personal touch when dealing with the hotel staff including the management.

Nice Hotel- Close to all attractions. The staff were happy to accomodate our requests.

I thought it was a great place, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant is superb and I highly recommend it.

I have been using this hotel for years, when it was under the Le Meridien chain. Recently local owners decided to get away from the chain and re-named Le Royal. the hotel is the same, nothing changed, not even the staff members. It is a decent hotel at a fair rate most of the time. but, there are few things that needs attention: the swimming pool is non useable. there is no fitness room. the air conditioning in the room is often very noisy, like an airplane inside the room. other than that, is a nice hotel for the money and easy to get to.

Nice hotel which is located near interested locations at maine road of the city at Arabian Gulf, but little costly.

Absolutely loved this hotel which exceeded our expectations. The complimentary airport shuttle was great and prompt. The hotel staff were always pleasant and helpful. Very elegant and classy surroundings. Bed was very comfortable with beautiful linens. Food at breakfast was good with generous selection. We had requested a sea view and were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated. Views of the Kuwait Towers were beautiful as well as the views of the beach and gulf. Complimentary internet in the room was great.

Absolutely the best service from all staff--from check in to check out. Room was clean and very comfortable but a dated. Could definitely use some updating. Strong smells --maybe from the kitchen. Had to keep the balcony door open.
