Good location close to restaurants and shops

Couldn’t accommodate us for breakfast as they have a group of cyclists in on that morning said we had to book but no mention of that when booking, radiators did not work so couldn’t dry our clothes, we asked about them coming on and were told they were but take time to heat up, we ate out came back 2 hours later still cold, clearly didn’t work as a blow heater in the room. We were woken by people talking outside in the pub yard at 2 am who clearly didn’t care how loud they were.
