الاكل جودته سيئة والمطاعم مظلمة جدا الاثاث قديم جدا ويحتاج تجديد ، عدم وجود رامبز لعربات الاطفال او مصاعد وتضطر لحمل العربة للتنقل ، والوفيه غير متنوع

In the Club Lounge Mohammad was excellent and so was the Chef (hermanita) who basically was there every day to make what ever we fancied. They both always went way out of their way to make sure we had anything we wanted. Very special attention always given. Our maid in Room 451 was also excellent. I liked the Sea, the fish and the deep part of the pool. I loved the gardens. We are returning guests from when the hotel was a Ritz Carlton. Our third visit. I liked my boat trip to White Island. Clean and modern boat with nice crew. But it was very crowded there at White Island - Scuba instructor was nice but not soft in his approach! Egyptian Museum was excellent ... don't miss this Front desk and IT staff very helpful with our internet problems ... Spa was good, caring and professional.

Food service isn't first class. It is quite average with the exception of Sushi, and Italian restaurant. Not the service, but the food. The Dive centre was OK. I paid for 4 dives, but only got 3. My instructor was nice though and the dives were fun. Sea is amazing. The tour we bought from the hotel lobby for 90 euros with the local sights wasn't great. It was basically just a taxi driver who didn't really speak English. He took us to Egyptian Museum, famous Cafe which was so crowded we left, and to a pretty beach and main mosque and Christian church. Not worth the money and I would not call it a tour. the hotel has been a bit cheapened by mass package tourist market which it now caters to and is not same as Ritz Carlton Days. a different market perhaps... But our staff in Club Class Lounge were excellent!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, and the entire place is spotlessly clean. What impressed me most was the exceptional staff — everyone was extremely kind, respectful, and always ready to help, especially the reception team who made me feel very welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is just perfect. I truly give everything a 10 out of 10 — or even 1000 out of 10✅

However, I believe there’s room for improvement in two areas. First, the quality of the food could be enhanced. For a hotel of this standard and price, the food should better reflect the overall experience — currently, it feels more like something you’d find in a lower-tier hotel. Second, the pool area could use some renovation, as it looks a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Aside from that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning again!

We had a great holiday at Monte Carlo. The views, the sea and the resort are one of the most beautiful places to stay at Sharm El-Sheikh. We enjoyed the high quality and level of services. Many thanks to the staff, which made this one of the best holidays experiences.

The trips organizer's and taxi service are very high priced compared with the regular rates.

The friendly staff specially Mr Semon I like the Tepeniaky and its chief very professional

No proper ramps or elevators for the stroller from the room and main building

Personnel was great, the sea & corals were amazing, the hotel is excellent.
