I love the hotel. Lovely friendly staff/owners, beautiful rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. The price is very reasonable too.

I love the location. The room is a good size. Very modern bathroom.

Very clean and tidy plus the bonus of parking. A good breakfast with great hosts. Can’t say enough to be honest even though our stay was cut short by family emergency. Still gonna book next time we are off work.

I didn’t own it haha but seriously it’s fab no downside at all and can’t recommend enough

single room was just the best, very modern ..it looked like new!. very posh shower and light up mirror over the sink..window facing a garden with tables and seats. breakfast was spot on with a good choice of food to suit all tastes,served at your table. Incidentally the single room status gave you a single table which I think is good. Close to Paignton amenaties and a local beach just down a little walkway..There's a bit of a hill to go down and back up to the hotel if walking but I'm 76 and just took my time...by the 3rd day I was tackling it no problem!!Went to Brixham and Torquay on the bus....Go for a ride on the steam railway..brilliant I had a great time thanks to all the staff and owners who looked after little old me!!

I DIDN'T LIKE...having to leave!!!...wish I could have stayed longer than 4 nights...everything was just perfect

Warm and clean Owners were just lovely and so helpful and kind Beds so comfortable and clean Decor so pretty Views outstanding Dining room clean and pretty Garden lovely Excellent books and dvds free to use if weather bad Nice tv in room good drink choice and kettle Bar downstairs if you need a drink Fabulous breakfast accommodating for my veggie husband Literally perfect !!! Locations great for town and travelling to local areas

Nothing it was perfect

The room was absolutely great it was clean and tidy the shower was just the right size and very powerful witch was amazing the breakfast was amazing the staff was so amazing they really did look after me and my dog very well the bed was really comfy and the room was cleaned and new bedding and fresh towels was changed when it needed changing I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely be booking to stay there again it was that amazing I recommend amber house to anyone

Everything is excellent and the location is also nice, the staff welcomes you very much, the place is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. My children and I loved the place and the staff and guests were very nice .
