What a fantastic place! Clean, beautiful setting amazing staff, felt like family when we left just wonderful x food was outstanding

The Amber House has a very friendly and homely feel to it, I found it a very enjoyable stay and as a solo traveller as my room was a good size and very comfortable.If the weather is nice they have a lovely garden to sit out in and also a ' honesty bar' which has a nice selection in it. I thoroughly recommend you stay here if you're ever in Paignton.

breakfast was very good. it was hot without any delay and the portions were of the right size, The hosts/ owners were always warm and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend Amber House to family and friends

Comfortable clean room, varied breakfast, comfortable common areas with honesty bar. Great value.

My room overlooked the car park which was a bit disappointing given the proximity to the sea
