Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville South - Bartram Park location was great and easy. We were on a long family road trip and the hotel was clean, quiet, and welcoming. But the wonderful service extended well past our stay there. Our daughter accidentally left behind a precious blanket but, due to our travel itinerary, we did not realize that it was lost until over a week later. The housekeeping staff eventually found the blanket and Steve, the Front Office Manager, made sure it was safely shipped back to our house. Our daughter was overjoyed! We are so grateful to the housekeeping staff, Sandra (Director of Sales), and Steve for finding and returning the blanket. I also appreciated their patience with my phone calls and emails while we were trying to track down the blanket. If we are in the Jacksonville area again, we will definitely be staying at this location.
