Gustavo, the new bar manager- provided an excellent experience from the music playlist to the mixology of the drinks. He knows his bar knowledge, gives great recommendations and service with a smile. Would happily come back, 5 stars, cannot ask for more!

We recently had a fantastic stay at The Springs, and I highly recommend it. The resort is absolutely gorgeous, blending natural elements with modern comforts. Upon arrival, the friendly staff welcomed us with a thorough tour, which enhanced our experience and made us feel right at home. The pools and hot springs were a highlight—well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. We spent hours soaking in the soothing geothermal waters, surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, our experience at The Springs was exceptional, and I can’t wait to return for another getaway!

This resort was beautiful. All of the staff was super friendly. I appreciated the separate pools and got springs to to create a more private experience for a large property. I'm a nature lover and enjoyed how serene it is. We found a sloth in a tree and saw several hummingbirds and toucans along with several other birds on property.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful! This was hands-down one of our favorite places we have ever stayed! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and beautiful! We absolutely loved the various Hot Springs. Although most of our days were quite cloudy, we did get one beautiful day of volcano views. I was so happy I built in time to each afternoon to spend at the hotel Hot Springs, we didn’t want to leave! We visited in August 2025, since it was not peak season there was much less people, we had no problem finding Hot Springs with no one else in them. Club Rio activities were a bonus, we did the wildlife tour and the river tubing tour, both were great! We had the breakfast buffet daily and never got tired of it, we also loved the restaurants on site, Tres Cascadas and Las Ventanas. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing property and staff! One of the best stays we ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Joe took care of us and told us about the property and Costa Rica. He was amazing. Will definitely visit again! 10/10
