Sebastian Gardens Inn & Suites

My husband had an asthma attack as soon as we entered. There was no coffee, cups or any of the typical items found in a hotel room. Dog poop all over outside. It looked like paint was covering mildew. We had evacuated for the hurricane, but were only able to stay one night and had to find other accommodations at a time when there were hardly any to be found. Unable to stay.

The signage for motel did not match name on booking. Room was not secure due to a full window in back of room near kitchenette that was not attached to window frame with a stick propping window upright to appear ok. Wooded dark area behind unsecure window. Sheets and pillow cases were heavily stained and looked filthy. Manager told me there was not another room and would not refund my payment.

This property is possibly a step above a trap house. When I arrived I immediately noticed the amount of people lingering around and felt absolutely uncomfortable staying there. I contacted the property and said that I felt unsafe and wanted a refund which they initially agreed to but then refused to go through with the refund. The name on the listing isnt even the same name as on the property sign.

It was old. The room stunk and there were roaches. I woke up in the bed, which was a thin mattress on a cot type stand, with a roach on my arm.

Booked 2 rooms, only to try to check in amd was told we only had 1. That took about30 minutes to clear up. Got to our room, while walking past all the drug addicts living there. Bathroom had dirt and bugs on the floor in the shower. Looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a month. Woke up every hour or so hearing people above us running around and screaming. I wouldnt even waste your money staying here for a night. You wont get any sleep anyway.

Room could have been cleaner...no trash bin in room and t.v. reception spotty

When to check in and they wanted a 100.00 cash deposit to check in, even though they only had 20.00 to pay at the property
