Sebastian Gardens Inn & Suites

The staff here is amazing. I stayed in a studio. The room was extremely clean. And perfect for what i needed for one night.

No soap in bathroom, no lamp, no pictures on wall, or TV. Worst place I have ever seen. Bed appeared to be a queen size roll-away. Cash only.

Nasty dirty, bathroom stunk like mold and tub was filthy. I’m not a clean freak I don’t need things perfect but this was sleep on top of covers gross. Plus most people staying there are long term drug users.

I travel for a living and this is the worst place I’ve been so far. Shower floor was full of mold. Room floor was so dirty I’m throwing away my socks. Looks like people live there. Had to call someone to check in and check out. Inconvenient. Cash deposit. Inconvenient. Hotels.com should take this one off their list.

Mold in shower all over, linen looked and smells dirty they only take cash no credit card half of the furniture was broken tv didn’t work

They needed a CASH Not even a paper cup or any cup. Lighting awful.Room was clean but BATHROOM shower was disgusting. Mould all around the bottom of the shower! If I had somewhere else to go I would have! Terrible time checking in. Had to call Expedia because there was no one around and no one answered the phone. Expedia wasn’t very helpful either. Picture totally deceiving! !

Do not stay here. The management refuse to come to the office to let me check in. They took my money and Expedia says they couldn't get a hold of the management to talk about a refund or why they leave a phone number on their locked office door to call and then hang up when you call . so what does that tell you

When I arrived they couldn't take credit cards and demanded cash including $100 deposit. Place is a dump and makes Motel 6 and the Red Roof Inn look like the Hyatt Regency. Door was open when I went to room. No top sheet on bed, no towels, no trash can, no facial tissue, no spare toilet tissue, no soap, TV didn't work, because they have to bring cable box to the room and hook it up. After an hour nothing had been done, I demanded by cash back $220 but was informed there were no refunds. Finally a maid showed up with towels, sheet and trash can and she hooked up a cable box. Place is NOT the Inn & Suites it advertises to be at all and is instead an old motel by a similar name. They didn't honor the price I got on Booking.com. Had to call number on front door to check out at 9:00 am as office was locked. She showed up about 20 minutes later with an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. Several other customers were also waiting for her.
