The staff was extremely courteous and eager to please. The rooms had everything we needed for our week stay. There were many restaurants within a five minute walk.

Book a room with bath tub but was told i didnt book.

Overall ok but room was a bit smelly.

Stayed for 8 nights so far because of the location. BUT, their rooms smell - since it's service apt, the cooking smells from your neighbors will stay exactly in your room forever. Rooms are old, the beds are peeled off. Housekeeping don't do their jobs - your trash stay in where they were after the housekeeping and they never refill your toiletry. Most importantly, their staff are incompetent. I see 3-4 young employees standing at the front desk doing nothing. When asked them for help, they looked at each other and don't know what they were doing. The back office staff were very unhelpful - when I had an issue and needed to talk to the front desk, they transferred my call 3 times and everytime when the phone was picked up by a different staff, they gave me inconsistent information. The problem remain unsolved after four international calls.

Spacious and neat. Great quiet location and nice breakfast.

It was a good layout that enabled a family of 5 to have quality time in the living / dining area. The rooms were well laid out but I have to say the housekeeping staff was inconsistent in their quality of housekeeping practices. The apartment is in need of a refurbishment - signs of extreme wear and tear visible. Scratches and dents on the corners of the walls. Also, the cleanliness can be improved: shades of grey finger marks can be seen on the kitchen cabinet doors, drawer pulls and especially the door pull on the refrigerator. The privacy net curtains could also do with a good laundering! Carpets a thorough shampoo. The pillows are way too soft and the mattress way too firm!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Staff was courteous and the location is good. Great for groups. Definitely recommend it.
