Great room, good locations - shame about the staff, poor check in/out service with very limited English abilities

Feel warm and comfortable. The room is very comfortable, and with large beds. The surrounding area have lots of restaurants for your enjoyment.

We will be happy to go back to Oakwood for for our next stay in Hangzhou. Good facilities and value. There were some problems, we were moved between several rooms, and even downgraded! But, all ended well. Loved the laundry and kitchen and bathroom. A nice high quality place at a reasonable price. Staff were mostly ok, some not so enthusiastic, some great.

An amazing hotel. The suit includes a kitchen, living room, room, laundry room and a walking-in closet. So sweet!! The room is a large size.

Will stay there again in HZ. Plan to book the same hotel in Guangzhou. Left eye glasses at the HZ hotel and they found it. Waiting for getting it back.

Other guests in their room cooked but due to poor aircon ventilation system my whole room smelled. My business suits and hair smell really bad

Room was not thoroughly cleaned, particularly the bathroom. Breakfast was until 10am but no refill after 9:30am (the time we went in for the two mornings that we stayed). Staff at breakfast were not helpful and not responsive to questions such as no plates or bowls available. Instructions about which tower to go were not given upon check-in. No reception in the tower we stayed.
