Excellent location for town centre, pier, beach, and car park. Very quirky dinning room. Great breakfast. Room well equipped with everything required. Excellent hosts 👏 Even made me a bacon butty to go on departure 🙏

clean room television worked, shower worked nice pine furniture and good breakfast, close to beach shops railway, buses. Comfortable bed and fridge for storing drinks.

"Great stay in Paignton."

My first ever stay in Paignton and what a great choice. I was made very welcome the room was great..

I found the stairs difficult but I am in my 70s no fault of the owners.

"Great value for money BnB with all the extras catered for in a central location for shops and beach"

Excellent location minutes from the town and beach. Very spacious room with everything you could ask for ( toiletries, hairdryer, iron, desk and chair, sofa, bottled water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, excellent shower) great value for money and superb hosts.

Mattress was firmer than I prefer (just personal preference) The room overlooked the rooftops at the back and the noise from the pigeons and seagulls was relentless (totally understand this is beyond the owners control)
