Loverly warm welcome on arrival, hosts very helpful and attentive great Size room everything you require. Thought if everything Very clean , warm , daily up keep by hosts ( free parking happy dayz ) 3 minutes walk from most amenities, amusements , restaurants for all appetites & budget , 5 minutes walk to the beach , 7 minutes from harbour absolute prime location. You won't be disappointed with your stay.

There was nothing to dislike about this B&B WELL SITUATED TO EVERYTHING..

"Gem in Paignton"

This is by far the best Guest House we have stayed in. The hosts Duncan and Hayley are so friendly and helpful...they go out of their way to provide a lovely environment. Location is 100 meters from the beach and parking can be requested. We stayed for the Air Show...fabulous venue for this type of event. Breakfast was really good and plentiful...beds were so comfy it was just like home. Would we book again...you bet we would.

Everything was perfect for our stay.
