Room was ready early, Very informative and helpful owner. Great price and great value. Room was very clean and high Standards in decoration. Owners had provided lots of extra items for a comfortable stay. Daily room cleaning Very impressed and best place in Paignton I have stayed in. Recommend fully.

Couple of little things that not owners fault. Windows are sash but new but early morning street traffic noise. Still building large hotel near by makes area scruffy.
