great breakfast, comfortable bed, nice shower, clean room & ensuite, Cheerful friendly & very helpful owners, convenient location, easy parking - all just great.

It's in a great location, a few minutes walk from the station,seafront and the town. I was given the choice of the single room that I had booked or a double room, which was vacant. Both rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, but I opted for the double, which included a two seater sofa and a desk as well as a comfortable bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. In addition to drinks facilities in the room and toiletries, there was an iron and an ironing board in my room,a hairdryer, a fan and an extra blanket, they seem to have thought of everything!

Everything you could want in room was there. Very tidy and well maintained. Hailey & Duncan are amazing just ask if you need anything. Close to everything but not to close so nice and quiet.

A early morning wake up by pigeon 🐦 kicking off outside window. Think it's Duncan's nemesis as he goes out every morning to get rid of it.

Lovely, friendly and helpful hosts. Clean, comfortable and warm room. Close to amenities and beach. Useful information available Lots of extras available for children to use, even umbrellas for the British weather!!

I can't think of anything I didn't like.
